This is a fun way in this fine season of love to Date Your Shadow ;)

in this 90min (online) session we will greet our shadow, befriend them, gaze into their eyes, breathe, stretch and embody the primal self - to shake up what is ready to be seen, heard, felt and liberated (the deepest intimacy)

What to expect:

• expressing/conversing - opening up to what your desires are with your shadow and listening to why they have been holding you back as a place to deepen and understand each other

• mirror work - eye gazing with your inner child and other various parts that might be holding you back from your highest vision

• getting primal, embodied (feeling the shadow and letting it express however if wants to express)

• breathwork to stir up what’s been keeping you stagnant in your world and letting pleasure filled intentional breathing stimulate new vibrant energy through the body

• feeling worthy (royal energy) through a flower massage

• & more ;)

This session will be a fun, expansive way to connect to yourself and to community (as aquarians do) and feel like your powerful, bold, dynamic, wealthy, relaxed, supercharged radiant CEO self that you know you are..
