However, we do not see all the work that goes in the background in order for the DJ to be able to play that gig. In this introductory course, you will learn the context behind being a DJ.

You will learn all the necessary requirements that a DJ needs to take care of when doing all the work for a performance. We will be chatting about equipment, resources and the culture and industry of DJing. I will be answering any specific questions or concerns that may come up as all of this information is shared with you.

The goal of these introductory sessions is for you to decide whether it is a good time to start with this commitment as you become informed of all its requirements. You don’t need to make any extra purchases in terms of gear and equipment to take this course.

These introductory sessions are great for all types of people who are curious about DJing and have a bit of a desire to try doing it, or for anyone that wants to learn a bit further about this truly special and powerful craft. We are delighted to announce a first of its kind…

ROGA - SAUNA - COLD PLUNGE

We are partnering with and at YogAmanda Studio and Wave Nordic Spa!

We will be doing some gentle yoga, and somatic movement practices as well as using sound to help restore and harmonize our nervous system to nature.

ROGA is a semi guided intuitive movement flow that will help you feel more like your royal energized self with every breath.

ROGA is an art of self liberation so that you can connect deeper to yourself, your desires, your truth

We will connect with our sexual energy through various movements to open up the energy channels to our creative flow and inner wisdom.

We will utilize the heat (sauna) and the cold (cold plunge) to maximize the detox!

It´s suggested to drink lots of water, as we will be moving lots of stuck energy as we clear and alchemize any toxic holding patterns you have been storing in your body somatically.

This will be a 75min voyage
