In this dynamic energy session, you will be invited to SHAKE IT OFF, BREATHE IT OUT, STOMP, MAKE NOISE & DANCE OURSELVES CLEAN, We will TAKE UP SPACE (in our own beautiful way).

We will invite what we desire into our realm through visualization, yoga, writing & meditation.

This will be an expansive journey for whoever is truly open to the experience. Allowing our grandest visions to be restored.
